Here’s writing to you with immense happiness and motivation what has been a cheerful and illustrious couple of months for the Sumadhura family. We have always believed our greatest glory comes from you, our dear patron and so we hope you are living it up to the fullest.
In all of humanity there has not been a place that has been more comfortable, lively and lovely than the home. Homes are such wonderful places. They make us more of who we are. Upon 2 decades of delivering world class luxury homes, Sumadhura on 15th October launched a luxury project, quite like no other, ever.
With a colossal aim to transcend all conventional designs and offer our patrons a larger than life, delightful living experience in their homes, Sumadhura Group launched Sumadhura Acropolis in Hyderabad, India. The tallest of tall building in Gachibowli, with the AFW technology is set to overhaul all beliefs about fine living and write fresh lines about what is indeed luxury.

Such an uncommon pursuit has taken the best of wisdom from across the world and a relentless drive to face massive challenges we were pleased to ward off. Sumadhura from all these decades of overcoming diverse challenges understands the beauty of overcoming all odds like few others in the industry.
And in such awareness of understanding victory over all odds, we were pleased to honour individuals who glorified our country against massive odds – Varun Singh Bhati, Devendra Jhajharia, Meriyappan Thangavelu and Coach, Thangavelu who made us proud at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games in Brazil were all felicitated with respect and kind.

So far, it has been a remarkable year for the Sumadhura family. While Sumadhura Infracon was graced with the ISO 9001:2008 certification, a testament our commitment for quality, Our signature Silver Ripples was honored with a 6 star rating from CRISIL, which is the highest rating held by any residential project in Bengaluru. Sumadhura Soham in Bangalore meanwhile has made the Sumadhura family more proud having bagged the IGBC pre-certified Silver certification.
Excellence in detail, Commitment to timelines, obsession to deliver naturally lively homes and the unrelenting drive to see that wondrous smile on our patrons face is what has always driven us thus far. We can only go more forward.
